Data and purpose

We store your email address, chosen phone platform and consent timestamp/version to invite you to DirtUnbound tests and provide information directly related to beta access and participation. Consent is voluntary. The list is not used automatically for general marketing, and data is not sold.

Retention and withdrawal

We retain the signup until you withdraw consent or for at most 12 months from signup, whichever comes first. Withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Form security and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, verifies Turnstile challenges and limits requests; Supabase stores the list in an EU-region project. A short-lived salted IP hash is used for rate limiting; no raw IP is stored in the waitlist. Security providers may process technical connection data. No location history is collected here.

Scope and review

This notice covers only beta registration. Full app privacy, terms and account-deletion documents remain drafts. NEEDS LEGAL REVIEW: service-provider international transfers and whether any additional controller details are legally required. No home address is published. You may complain to your data-protection authority.

Confirmation emails are sent through Resend using a dedicated beta sender. This does not subscribe you to general marketing.
